Growing up in Memphis, TN, Dr. Little traveled east to attend Yale University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then returned to Memphis and graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine. He finished his internship at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis, and his residency in urology at the Medical University of South Carolina.
