Micail Samiere, CMPE
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Micail earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Fullerton and her M.B.A. from California State University at Long Beach. Micail left California for the hills of Middle Tennessee in 1994.
Micail has 18 years of experience managing large group practices with a special interest in finance and accounting. When asked about working for Urology Associates, Micail says “Taking care of people is not a job but a calling. Our work is very purposeful and fulfilling.”
Micail has two daughters; the oldest is attending college in Boston, MA and the youngest is a junior in high school. Micail has 3 cats and a dog and enjoys tennis, running and reading.
