Micail Samiere, CMPE
Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Micail earned her undergraduate degree from California State University at Fullerton and her M.B.A. from California State University at Long Beach. Micail was recruited to Middle Tennessee in 1994 by HealthTrust to serve as the Director for a new practice management company. Micail has since worked with HCA, PhyCor, and The Heart Group. She has been CEO of Urology Associates for over ten years.
Micail has over 20 years of experience managing large group practices with a special interest in finance and accounting. When asked about working for Urology Associates, Micail says “Taking care of people is not a job but a calling. Our work is very purposeful and fulfilling.”
Micail has two daughters; the oldest is attending Wellesley College in Boston, MA and the younger at The Ohio State University. Micail has 3 cats and a dog and enjoys tennis, running and reading history books.
