(Ellen) Faye Tuttle, RN
Faye grew up in Lafayette, Tennessee and has practiced nursing for over 25 years. “The best thing about nursing,” said Faye, “is helping care for patients and helping educate them and their families about the disease/illness process.”
Faye has one daughter, Heather, and three "grand-dogs" - Gretta, Sipsy and Schatze. She enjoys reading and traveling.
"I obviously love the practice of Urology or I would not have been able to stay in one place since 1978. I feel very blessed to have been a part of such a wonderful group of doctors who have superior knowledge, skill, dedication and loyalty to their patients and employees."
