Dr. Head was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Notre Dame. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, he moved to Little Rock for his residency training. He completed his internship and urology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Head met his wife, Brie, during his residency in Little Rock. They married in 2008 and have 2 young children that keep them both very busy. Dr. Head loves all Notre Dame sports, especially football, and passionately believes they will win a national championship again one day. He also enjoys running, good food, and watching movies at home with his family.
